Jadena Dantes is a dedicated psychology major at the University of Florida, concentrating in Behavioral Analysis with a minor in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences. She joined Serve First Inc. because of her deep commitment to uplifting youth and strengthening communities through meaningful service. Growing up with a passion for helping others, Jadena has consistently sought opportunities to support individuals and families in need.

Her experiences working in student support through the TRIO Work-Study Program, volunteering at St. Francis House, and serving in children’s ministry have shaped her heart for mentorship and community engagement. Through these roles, she has seen firsthand how guidance, encouragement, and access to resources can positively transform lives.

As a member of the board, Jadena hopes to contribute to programs that empower young people academically, emotionally, and socially. She is especially passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces where youth can grow in confidence and opportunity. Through her role, she aims to help expand Serve First’s impact and ensure the organization continues to serve with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
