Jacquela Wester

Jacquela Wester is an educator and coach who is deeply committed to developing the next generation of leaders. As a teacher, a girls basketball coach, and a girls flag football coach, she works daily to mentor, challenge, and empower young people both academically and athletically. Her leadership style is rooted in structure, encouragement, and purpose, helping students build confidence, discipline, and character. 

Jacquela has a strong passion for serving and believes in creating environments where youth feel supported and inspired to grow. She enjoys leading, managing, and collaborating with intention, always striving to make a meaningful and lasting impact. 

As a board member of Serve First Inc, Jacquela brings firsthand experience working with youth, a heart for service, and a commitment to helping expand opportunities that empower young people to thrive and lead with confidence and faith.
