Amany Hilario 

Amany Hilario is a first-generation college student and minority scholar at Florida A and M University. He is an aspiring attorney and the Founder of Serve First Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to connecting students and community members to opportunities, resources, and guidance that help them thrive. From mentoring first-generation students to organizing community initiatives, he works daily to create real-world impact that lifts others as he climbs.

Before stepping into collegiate leadership, Amany was a participant in TRIO Upward Bound, a college preparatory program that played a foundational role in his academic journey. As an alumnus of the program, he understands firsthand the power of early access, mentorship, and structured support. That experience continues to shape his commitment to serving first-generation and underrepresented students.

Stepping into postsecondary education, Amany carried forward that foundation and quickly translated preparation into leadership. He served as Student Government President, represented students on the Florida College Student Government Association statewide board, and sat on the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. In these roles, he coordinated programs that expanded mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities for youth and underrepresented communities. He has helped connect dozens of students to internships, scholarships, and leadership pathways essential for long-term success.

Amany approaches every project with intentionality, discipline, and a commitment to follow through. He believes leadership is measured by results, not recognition, and his work reflects a hands on approach to making change. Whether planning events, building partnerships, or guiding students through complex processes, he focuses on creating lasting and tangible outcomes.

Grounded in faith, he carries Philippians 4:13 as a guiding truth, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. His life and work are defined by service, purpose, and excellence, leaving every environment stronger, more connected, and better equipped for success.
