Kaia Heath is a nursing student at Florida State University pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Education. She is passionate about serving others through mentorship, youth engagement, and community involvement. With a strong interest in pediatric nursing and child development, Kaia is committed to supporting children and families through both healthcare and education.

During her time at FSU, Kaia has intentionally sought out opportunities to grow as a leader while giving back to her community. She has mentored peers, volunteered in childcare settings, and supported youth programs that focus on confidence, growth, and opportunity. These experiences have shaped her belief that real service starts with compassion, consistency, and simply being present for others.

As a future nurse, Kaia is focused on building a foundation rooted in empathy, advocacy, and integrity. She understands that meaningful impact does not begin in a hospital room. It begins with listening, showing up, and leading with heart.

Through Serve First, Kaia hopes to continue living out her commitment to putting others first and contributing to work that creates lasting change in the community.
