Nadia Noble serves as the Director of Outreach for Serve First, leading efforts to expand community partnerships and increase access to resources for youth. A student at Florida State University with a background in community engagement and marketing, Nadia brings experience in outreach, creative strategy, and youth-centered programming.

Before stepping into this role, Nadia held leadership and marketing positions where she led events, managed communications, and supported program development. She has experience coordinating initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring that ideas move beyond conversation and into action. Her work reflects a strong commitment to accountability, follow-through, and measurable impact.

She is passionate about mentorship and creating spaces where young people feel supported, empowered, and heard. Driven by a strong belief in the power of guidance and representation, Nadia is committed to strengthening connections between Serve First and the broader community to ensure the organization’s mission reaches those who need it most.

Through intentional engagement and strategic outreach, she works to grow Serve First’s impact and cultivate lasting support for the youth it serves.
